<p>一般來說看到別人的負評覺得不一定會發生在我身上. 不過總是有例外.</p>

<p>在選購新家傢俱的時候, 我們是看上了新麗屋的床和餐椅, 當初覺得價格還不錯就一起買.</p>
<p>過子一陣子要搬新家, 新家有很多傢俱是新購的, 因為卡裝璜時程和搬家時程, 那一段時間超忙的, 尤其剛好那時候我出差, 我太太一人忙很多事情, 所以進貨的事情通常只是讓他們搬家來放著就好,&nbsp;所以新麗屋的椅子就沒有拆箱. 當然其他的傢俱也沒有拆.</p>
<p>等到拆箱的時候, 發現哇! 怎麼椅腳斷的這麼嚴重, 被浩克打到嗎? 就算拿去像電影一樣砸人也很難打成這樣, 這實木傢俱耶.</p>

<p>外觀箱子是好好的, 所以這一定是新麗屋出貨時的問題</p>

<p>其他細部也有類似的痕跡, 這表示品質很差</p>

<p>包裝還在是要怎麼撞也是很難撞到這樣.</p>
<p>所以我就連絡原來新麗屋的業務<br />&#8220;這椅子有問題, 可不可以請你們換給我們&#8221;</p>
<p>業務說會連絡, 不過連絡的結果是<br />&#8220;公司說出貨沒有檢查是使用者的問題, 消費者要自己負責&#8221;</p>
<p>到這邊我就有點火了, 包裝還在外箱是好的, 只是因為沒有檢查就有問題<br />&#8220;如果你們這麼注重送貨檢查之後不能退貨, 你們送貨人員應該等檢查完再走, 怎麼可以消費者說不檢查就走&#8221;<br />&#8220;這表示你們根本不在意&#8221;</p>
<p>業務這才表示會再看看, 結果下一通電話來的結果是<br />&#8220;公司同意換貨, 但是要付車資&#8221;</p>
<p>這個講法終於成功惹惱我, 拿著電話一直罵<br />&#8220;你們公司的問題要我付車資, 有沒有搞錯呀&#8221;<br />&#8220;你們產品品質的問題要消費者幫你出錢, 有沒有這個道理?&#8221;<br />&#8220;你要不要看照片, 我會故意弄壞東西嗎?&#8221;<br />&#8220;退貨, 不讓我退我找消保官申訴, 真是太誇張了&#8221;</p>
<p>最後業務同意換貨, 不過我覺得他是自己吃下來換貨的錢.<br /><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>個人認為將自己品質的責任轉嫁在消費者和自己的員工身上的公司絕對不是好公司</strong></span></p>
<p>這讓我想到在訂貨的時侯, 我有聽到他和人講電話說&#8221;有個麻煩的事情要處理&#8221;<br />想必新麗屋應該常常碰到這種事吧.</p>
<p>當然沒有比較不知道服務有多差, 同時間我也有訂詩肯柚木的傢俱, 不過詩肯柚木沒有出問題.<br />所以無法比較.</p>
<p>同時間有差貨沒開封有問題是 La-Z-Boy, 由特力集團代理的品牌, 同樣的狀況, 也是到貨沒有拆封<br />拆的時候發現把手地方有明顯的裂痕.</p>

<p>他們二話不說就換第二張, 拆開的時候還是有類似的刮痕&#8230;</p>

<p>他們的送貨人員還被我笑, 這樣就不能說是消費者會刮壞吧, 來的時候就會壞.</p>
<p>他們道歉並且表示回去會檢查他們的出貨流程是不是有問題</p>
<p>而且過一陣子在使用 La-Z-Boy 有問題,<br />請他們再來服務, 最後檢查結果問題出在我身上, 但是他們沒有收取任何費用.</p>
<p>和特力集團的服務相較之後新麗屋的服務品質可以說是極差.<br />我覺得業務還可以, 但是公司的品質實在是有待加強.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">沒想到（其實是有想到）這件事還有後續要更新</h4>



<p>上次退貨之後我有預感這一批應該都有問題，不過看起來因為都還好，所以就算了<br />果不其然，一年之後（照片時間去年八月）就出問題了，餐椅嘛，能出什麼問題呢？一天也不過最多坐二次，大部份的時間也是坐一次而已<br /><br />但是該來的還是會來，它還是會壞的，當然我沒記到底是第一批還是換給我的<br />但是不是常常坐的椅子一年就壞，這品質應該是要叫我常常換吧</p>

<p>連絡完當初的業務，反正送修要自己送修，維修費另計<br />內湖太遠我是不會送去的，我就選了另一個我會經過的點<br /><br />最後因為沒有料，只是黏一下處理一下，沒料可以換我還能說什麼呢？<br />換就換吧，收我六百元的修理費<br /> 反正也弄了幾個月，看照片的時間，加上修理，修回來也撐不到十個月吧 <br /><br />修完回來也懶得更新 BLOG ，想說就算了 <br /><br />沒想到還是要我更新 BLOG<br />這次死的很徹底，是小孩坐上去的時候斷的，還好小孩沒受傷，要不然以這個企業的態度我猜大概還是我的問題吧</p>

<p>我放棄了，處理這椅子花的精力時間遠超過椅子的價值，潛在的危險根本不值得修<br /><br />其他還有四張我不知道什麼時候會壞，等壞了再說吧<br /><br />買個傢俱買到這麼幹也是頭一次</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">2019/09/19 更新</h4>



<p>想了一下還是不要浪費好，這星期天跑去 B&amp;Q 買了木頭用螺絲和木頭專用黏著劑（雖然這樣寫，但是我覺得只是換包裝賣貴一倍價格，下面還是白膠）<br /><br />反正上圖看起來也像是用木頭專用黏著劑黏的，先上完黏著劑之後先黏住，然後木頭斷掉的部份用束線帶加強一下<br /><br />乾了以後用電鑽先鑽個洞，再鎖螺絲進去，費用不用 100 元，而且還比送回去新麗屋省時省力省錢多了，希望這次可以撐久一點啊</p>
